Chances are that if you're reading this, you are looking to make a change. I believe in our ability to achieve positive change in our lives when we commit to the process with patience and perseverance. Sometimes we just need help navigating through the obstacles.

A bit about my approach

Life’s challenges are an opportunity to transform ourselves and our circumstances and I believe that seeking therapy shows strength and courage. My therapeutic style is non-judgmental, gentle, collaborative, and honest. My goal in therapy is to cultivate a healing space in which each of my clients feels safe, important, and cared for so that they can achieve their desired results.

In more clinical language, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness approaches in my work. By using an integrative approach and combining each of these modalities, I'm able to help facilitate my clients becoming the best versions of themselves by tailoring my therapeutic approach to fit the unique needs of each client and couple.
